Can you answer yes to any of the following statements?

 

  • I snap at people, feel emotional with regularity.
  • I find myself holding tension or clenched muscles, hands, shoulders, and or jaw.
  • I have headaches from stress and tension.
  • I have missed work due to anxiety.
  • I have changed plans due to fear.
  • I have felt as though I might need to go to the ER or get medical assistance due to an overwhelming feeling of panic.

I have felt two or more of these symptoms:

  • Unexplained or exaggerated anger response.
  • Tension Headaches at temples, back of head and / or neck area.
  • Heart palpitations / chest pains / fear of heart attack.
  • Cold / hot flashes or quick change in body temperature.
  • Nauseous / dizzy / tunnel vision.
  • Paresthesia - uncontrollable tingling / burning / prickling sensation of the skin.
  • Flight / fight response with no known source.
